ABOUT ME
Hello!
I’m Yasmin Zubeida Al-Gharati, I graduated as a dietitian from Semmelweis University Faculty of Health Sciences, and I also have a fitness instructor and personal trainer qualification from IWI International Fitness School.
I believe that nutrition and exercise go hand in hand and I believe that this can only be sustained over the long term with a personalised plan.
Come with me on this journey!
MY HISTORY
Sport has always been an integral part of my life, but it really only became a passion from the age of 17.
It was during this period that I was introduced to the world of CrossFit and weightlifting training, which had a huge impact on me, mainly due to the variety of the workouts and the rapid “transformation” of my body. But more importantly, I found that I became much more resilient in my daily life and found it easier to do basic everyday movements, such as carrying myself to the shops or even going for a long walk.
I competed in CrossFit and weightlifting for about 4 years, but in order to stay in my weight class, I placed a lot of emphasis on proper nutrition and constant mindfulness.
Unfortunately, at the time I had very little information about eating properly and the importance of doing so, so I would rather fast and suffer to stay in my weight group than lose weight with proper attention. I decided, however, that I wanted to get more into this and help others in the future. So in 2020, I started a specialisation in dietetics at Semmelweis University, which I graduated cum honore in 2024. I believe that nutrition and exercise go hand in hand, and I believe that this can only be maintained in the long term with a personalised plan.
