Yes, training plans are available online. During an online consultation, we will discuss your goals and your current fitness level, and based on this, a personalised training plan will be created, which you can do at home or in the gym.

During online consultations, we use video calls to discuss your individual needs and goals. You'll get the same information and support as you would in face-to-face sessions, but from the comfort of your own home. Online consultations can be just as effective as face-to-face meetings.

My dietary recommendation will be ready within two weeks after the first consultation. All recommendations are personalised and are made after a thorough analysis. This ensures that the diet is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
